I offer intentional, heart-centered support for families as they prepare to welcome new life. As your birth doula, my role is to provide calm, grounding presence, evidence-based education, and compassionate support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period.

Birth is deeply personal, and I believe you deserve care that honors your intuition, your choices, and your unique vision for birth. Whether you are planning a hospital birth, home birth, medicated birth, or unmedicated birth, you deserve to feel informed, supported, and truly cared for every step of the way.

Your support includes:

• Two prenatal visits to prepare emotionally, physically, and practically for birth

• Text and call support throughout pregnancy

• On-call support beginning at 37 weeks until birth

• Continuous labor and birth support

• Physical comfort measures including positioning, movement, breathing guidance, and grounding techniques

• Emotional support and reassurance for both you and your partner

• Support through informed decision making

• Immediate postpartum and initial breastfeeding support after birth

• One in-home postpartum follow-up visit

• Two weeks of virtual postpartum support as you transition into life with your baby

My intention is not to take over your birth experience, but to help you feel safe, grounded, informed, and deeply supported as you move through one of life’s most transformative seasons.
